How to Order & Delivery Information

1. Placing Your Order

 

Once you’ve selected your fragrances and placed your order, we will send you an invoice.

 

Please note:

Due to the wide variety of fragrances we offer, we do not keep large quantities in stock. Orders are processed twice a week – every Tuesday and Thursday.

 

2. Order Cut-Off Times

 

To ensure your order is processed on time:

 

Your order must be placed by 8:00 AM on a Tuesday or Thursday.

Payment must reflect in our account by the cut-off time for your order to be included in that day’s processing.

 

⚠️ If your order or payment is received after 8:00 AM, it will automatically roll over to the next processing day.

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

 

Once payment has been received and your order has been placed:

 

Delivery takes approximately 5–8 working days from the date of payment.

 

For areas outside of Gauteng, delivery may take slightly longer depending on the courier’s schedule. However, we always aim to deliver within the 5–7 working day window.

 

4. Courier Fees

 

Courier charges are based on your location:

 

Gauteng: Approximately R110 + VAT (may vary slightly).

Outside Gauteng: Around R115 - R150 + VAT depending on your exact location.

 

Please note we pay VAT on the courier fees which is not included above in the estimate. 

 

5. Collection Option

 

If you prefer to collect your order, please send your order via email to us : perfumeg2l.co.za collection at our base in Edenvale, Gauteng.

 

Important Notes:

 

✅ Please ensure that your delivery details are 100% accurate. Once we have shipped your order to the address provided, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

 

✅ Always quote your invoice number when making payment. We cannot be held responsible for payments made without a reference or recipient name, as this can delay order processing.
